Workflow Automation

Workflow Automation Services (n8n, Make, Zapier)

Most businesses lose 10–20 hours a week to copy-paste work: moving data between apps, sending the same follow-up emails, chasing invoices and building reports by hand. We map your processes, then build reliable automated workflows that connect your tools and run in the background with monitoring and error alerts.

What you get

  • Save 10–40 hours of manual work per week
  • Instant lead follow-up so fewer leads go cold
  • Fewer data-entry errors and missed steps
  • Clear dashboards instead of manual reports

Our process

  1. Process audit: we list your repetitive tasks and estimate time saved
  2. Workflow design: a clear map you approve before we build
  3. Build & test with your real accounts
  4. Launch with error alerts and documentation
  5. Ongoing support and improvements

Workflow Automation: FAQ

What is workflow automation?

Workflow automation uses software to complete repetitive business steps automatically, such as moving a new lead into your CRM, sending a follow-up email or creating an invoice, so people don't have to do them by hand.

Should I use n8n, Make or Zapier?

Zapier is easiest for simple automations, Make is great value for multi-step workflows, and n8n is best for complex, high-volume or AI-heavy workflows and can be self-hosted. We recommend the right one based on your volume, budget and tools.

What if my apps don't have an integration?

Most modern apps have an API or webhooks, which we can connect directly. For older tools we can use email parsing, spreadsheets or scheduled data syncs.

What happens if an automation breaks?

Every workflow includes error handling and alerts. If something fails, you and we are notified immediately, and support plans include fixes.
